Caramel Apple Ginger Beer Punch
•Posted on October 16 2020

One of my favorite cocktails to make throughout the Fall and holiday season is Caramel Apple Ginger Beer Punch. This is such a yummy recipe that you'll want to make for your next small gathering with family and friends.
4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup store bought caramel sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups spiced apple cider
- 1 1/2 cups ginger beer
- 3/4 cup vodka (caramel, vanilla, or regular)
- Apple slices and cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions
Heat caramel sauce and water until boiling. Once caramel sauce is liquified, take off the heat and let cool in the refrigerator. In a pitcher, combine the caramel simple syrup, apple cider, ginger beer, and vodka. Taste and add more cider, ginger beer, or vodka to your liking. Serve chilled or over ice.
CHEERS!!!
