We will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on a gift card on regular price, unworn, unaltered merchandise with all the original tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. Items that have been washed are not eligible for returns, even if directions were followed. All sale merchandise, jewelry, gift items, furs, sunglasses, lingerie, and Seasonal Sales AreĀ FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.Ā
CustomersĀ are responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (per tracking receipt). Returns of products purchased online should be mailed to Southern Muse LLC, 3670 S. Houston Levee Rd. Suite 105, Collierville, TN, 38017.
